About

Erica’s goal is to help clients realize their own personal “Shangri-La.” In designing modern, native-centric, and drought-tolerant gardens, she values:

  • Sustainable Beauty
  • Listening to clients
  • Nuanced design solutions
  • Connecting with Nature
  • Adapting to Climate Change

As a former land use planner, real estate analyst, and community development professional Erica brings a big picture vision to the design table as well as a keen eye for detail. This includes an appreciation for the complex relationships between often invisible systems (both natural and human-made) that make city life possible.

In addition to landscape design and fine gardening, unique services include:

  • Zoning code analysis and interpretation
  • Greywater system design
  • Project management
  • Sustainable construction consulting
  • Low-impact garden maintenance
  • Garden coaching
  • A fine sense of humor
